Broadcast
Chetwynd has extensive experience as a TV and radio sports broadcaster. He’s hosted and served as an analyst on live studio shows, done live color commentary from events, conducted on-camera interviews, fronted features, and provided voice-over narration. He’s worked on national radio and television in the United Kingdom for the BBC, Channel 5 and TNT Sports, and has appeared on the MLB Network in the US, Sportsnet in Canada and ESPN America throughout Europe. While his primary focus is baseball, Chetwynd has anchored coverage for NFL football and done voice-over work for such sports as basketball, auto racing and the X Games. In addition, he hosted and produced “The Real Deal in Sports” on KGNU radio (88.5 FM/1390 AM in the Denver-Boulder-Ft. Collins area) from 2013 to 2018. The public affairs show examined the cultural, social, political, spiritual and economic impact of sports on the world at large. Beginning in 2020, he’s co-hosted a podcast called “The Jonny and Josh Show”.
